I know Valentine’s Day is over but I’m all about spreading the love all year around ; ) So here is a quick and easy project you can do with bottle caps.
I made some fun bottle cap magnets with a few items I had around my house.
For this project you will need:
1. Bottle Caps
2. Magnets
3. Magazines/Stickers..something to decorate your caps
4. Mod Podge
5. Spray Paint
6. Glue Gun
The first thing I did was lay out a handful of bottle caps and simply spray painted them white. While the caps were drying I flipped through a magazine and cut out a few letters and a heart to use to decorate my caps. After the caps had dried I simply mod podged on my magazine clippings and again let them dry. The last step was adding the magnets. These next few pictures are horrible quality and I apologize but you get the point if you squint…
Add a drop of hot glue in the bottle cap and place in magnet like so…
What a perfect fit! I then slapped those suckers on the fridge and even got a compliment from the boyfriend (which is a large achievement I have to point out- he doesn’t notice much ha).

Super cute! I love fun magnets like these.
Oh I love these! We don't drink anything from bottles, lol, but I might have to ask some friends to save them for me!
I like that idea. Too bad magnets don't stick on my refridgerator...

P.S. LOVE the magnets! I made my own magnets around Christmas time, and I'm not sure I'll ever store by a magnet again.
