I recently did a post about how much of a smoothie crush I have lately and I wanted to share a recipe of my own that I've been making lately.
Peanut Butter & Jelly Smoothie
(makes one large smoothie- as shown):
-A handful of frozen berries (I use strawberries and blueberries)
-3 tablespoons of skim milk
-2 tablespoons of peanut butter (I use natural peanut butter)
-1 cup of Greek plain non-fat yogurt
Throw them all in your blender, pour yourself a glass and enjoy!
